Customers may request to return tyres purchased through UHP Kenya within 14 days from the date of receipt of the tyres. The tyres must not have been used, fitted on a vehicle rim or mishandled. Customers will be required to make their own delivery arrangements to return the tyres to our warehouse.

Once the tyres have been received at the warehouse, they will be inspected and feedback on condition, acceptance of return and eligibility for refund communicated to the customer within 72 hours.

Refunds will be subject to a 5% restocking fee on the total order value. The original amount minus the restocking fee will be refunded within 14 days from the date of confirmation of eligibility for refund. The refund amount will be processed to the customers nominated bank account or mobile money number.
